Our highlight is the annual virtual7 conference. For two days, all employees from all sites come together, swap ideas about technologies and projects and have a big party at the same time.

Regular feedback and employee talks

Beside regular appointments between the employees and management, annual discussions take place on a yearly basis, during which we exchange our mutual feedback and talk about wishes, goals and perspectives.
